Siew Yuk, Chinese name for roast pork.

A good siew yuk is crispy at the skin and tender in meat.

I have learned how to make siew yuk from the youtube, thanks to all these recipes contribitors, I have learned a few tips to make a nice delicious crispy siew yuk.

Emptiness... life is more than just working

Just realised my life is so empty except work work work... On daily basis, from about 7.45 am leaving house and returning home at about 8 or 9 pm. Working more than 12 hours a day... Sometimes reach home abt 10 or 11 pm if has deadline to meet.

I don't mind working late but the problem is whatever i do and try my best, i am not getting the right recognition. Life sometime is taugh but whatever is it, it has to go on.

Lunch at The Kitchen Table

A friend's friend open a cafe that serve western fusion food, The Kitchen Table. The place is located at Damansara Kim. The environment  is clean and organised. The open window brighten up the place, is a good place for chatting with friends.   The only problem it needs stronger air con to keep cold.

The food is unique  and quality.

I have tried the pull pork with bbq sauce with sour dough, it tastes delicious.  On top of it, i ordered the charred eggplant with miso butter, green onion with bonito flakes. The eggplant is good without oily texture. Yum yum.

The famous fried chicken with thai basil leaf was awesome, it serves hot and crispy.  The meat is still maintain the juiciness.

Go try... the food is nice.
