Golden Char Siew

At last, I have tasted the famous Char Siew at Sun Shine Char Siew shop 阳光玻璃叉烧 at Taman Sri Muda, Shah Alam. The BBQ Char Siew is super tasty, crispy outside and soft inside.

The restaurant was packed with people, some still standing at the door way waiting for seats. I was lucky because I am alone, so I just taup toi with another customer loh ....

I can remember my last trip was a disappointed one because all food were sold out before 1.30 pm.

The char siew is crispy at the outer layer but melt in the month. The thick sauce covering the meat and is very tasty.  it made people craving for more. But one thing, it cannot be eaten too often because of its oil and fats. (the fat one normally taste better). Not so good for health. I am worry it will block off my artery.... Lols.

Anyway, my attitude is "eat first think later". Don't care-lah... 好吃喔!!

Okay... til next time, eat again.
